She’s so gorgeous and inviting, it’s easy to forget that she sings like an angel and plays about ten different instruments brilliantly. She was so lucky to fall under the mentorship of Jimmy, Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown. To be invited to join the Zac Brown Band was not only a huge career boost for her, but it was a recognition of her massive talent.

If you saw a pink-haired woman down in the press pit, I did that so Jimmy could find me in the crowd. Lone Star Girl with her cast iron curls and aluminum dimples. Cotton candy hair. Goodness, I miss him. We went way back to the early 70s, before the carnival. He and his music will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤❤❤❤
