I have keratoconus and underwent topo-guided PRK with C3R in my right eye and Intacs with C3R in my left eye. Despite these treatments, I still struggle with severe astigmatism, ghosting, and double vision, making daily life very difficult. I’m currently using scleral lenses, which provide some improvement but don’t fully eliminate the ghosting or distortions. My doctors have also ruled out CAIRS due to my thin cornea in the right eye. At this point, I feel stuck and don’t know what other options might be available to treat this issue. Do you have any leads or suggestions for alternative treatments that could help improve my vision?
