how do you "bounce" back up from halfway? I can only do that if I go all the way to the bottom.

Thanks for watching! The technique I use involves utilizing the momentum to bounce back up after reachinga certain depth in the movement. This is commonly known as the "bounce" or "stretch reflex". However, it's important to note that executing the movement safely and controlled is paramount, and it's definitely advisable to work within a full range of motion if you feel comfortable doing so. Thanks for the compliment. After many years of experience in this sport, I learned how to prevent injuries. I only lift as much weight as I can control, which is very important so that I don't get injured.
