Definitely sniper jackals at least with the elites you can remember which sections of the game their in and if I remember correctly they only come in groups of 2 instead of like 9 for sniper jackals lmfao I swear to god those things reproduce in the middle of firefights I remember killing like 12 or 13 of them on metropolis in halo 2

@@blixh3ad yeah in easy it can kill you if it catches you off guard or vehicle, on legendary at proximity they like direct hit you sometimes. in a mission as arbiter, there are sections where they have shotguns and outside fields rockets, so in legendary it's like hearing a cardboard suit and plastic shield.
