The first one is sticky nail tabs (as shown) and the second one is actual nail glue. The press ons themselves have nothing to do with the durability or strength of the nails, it’s about preparation of the natural nail (cuticle care, buffing, dehydrating, applying glue correctly) and that takes a lot of practice to get down perfectly to get to this point in durability. The downside of the prep being so good they stay this well is when you do eventually do take them off there’s a high chance there will be lifting of the natural nail from being too rough if you try to do the stuff in her video. That being said the nails are beautiful I would just show everyone HOW you do your prep and application if you haven’t already.
