Why was this produced on 4/30 but only just released in Jun? I’m not enamored with Andy and his style (not just here, but unrelated prior segments); might explain fewer than 5K YT subscribers. Where one is not keen on a host, move on … as I have from some well-known host names with many more subscribers. But I did not find Andy anywhere near as interruptive as 2 viewers indicated. I got no impression that E-G felt so, either. More inquisitive give-take than anything else; as host, he controls the interview. As for E-G, I have long known him via Capitalist Times and his business partner Roger Conrad; I like him and find him well-informed. I much prefer DVN over CHK & EQT … largest, with superior dividend. Look to get back in under $45.

Thanks for the feedback Joe. We have actually grown exponentially considering I launched the podcast and channel 12 months ago. We will be above 5k subscribers by the end of the month, and hit anywhere from 15-20k by the end of the year. As far as when this video was released, it was released back in April, not June. You are only seeing it now (probably because you were not a subscriber). As far as my interrupting and skills as an interviewer are concerned- I agree. My first interviews I interrupted way too much. Please keep in mind, this is something I have never done, and a new skill (and yes, it is a skill) that I am learning. When I started this project, I committed to : talking to people I am interested in talking, Asking questions that interest me, booking the best guests possible, and then learning and getting better every single day. So far so good.

I have a question on AMR, it is it 310 today, and he said that a bargain prince for it is 265, does he think AMR will hit that price before Shoulder Season Ends till June and July, or should we go ahead and buy it now at 310 and take the ride to 450+ Thanks So Much

The chances of you losing your money to rogue bankers and brokers are much higher than seeing a major dollar or euro collapse. Never leave all your money with your banker or broker. Hold on tight to your cash and avoid all kinds of get-rich-quick investment schemes. Trust only yourself with your cash, gold, and silver. ive been following this guy for years just like marc faber and peter schiff and others, i remember after gold hit US$1800 after every interview JIM has said IM NOT BUYING ANY GOLD I HAVE ENOUGH, IF IT CONTINUES TO GO UP I HAVE ENOUGH IF IT FALLS ILL BUY MORE, i know he is a smart guy but im sure he is very sad for not just going ALL IN at say US$1800 or US$2,000, with gold now at US$2250, i just dont see it ever getting back to even US$2100 let alone under US$2,000 ever again, i wonder what he is doing with all his spare CASH now? just investing in over valued stocks? short term money market accounts?

Good analysis!! However: Honest question, English is my second language, and I missed bits and pieces of the interview due to Lee's speed at speaking and not focusing enough on the pronunciation. (IMHO) It is just me? Or you guys understand everything fine? Again, english is my second language so thats plays a important role anyway.

I was saying even 10 years ago, that property prices were now so high, that the Fed will never again be able to raise base rates above 2%, without bankrupting the whole country due to the cost of servicing such high debt levels. So, they never would again. I did not realise that the Fed would not care about this if they were stuck in a corner and banks could fail. But, boy, it was a shock to see base rates go over 5% last year, so fast too. Now, like you, I believe the Fed has less than 6 months to reduce the base rate back down to under 2%, before the US goes into total bankruptcy.
