This is Tori's best concert ever, and it's not even close.

I accidentally or maybe not, came across this cover. I was listening to it before leaving my apartment to visit my Dad in the hospital. He raised me, my twin sister and older sister alone. I cried listening to this as I remembered the big maple tree outside my bedroom I grew up in. Thinking of all the memories…all we had been through without a mother. But, made my bond with my Dad so much closer. This song has a different meaning for me. Now it brings me back to the night before he died. I grabbed him my pillow before leaving for the hospital. When he died, I took my pillow back as a keepsake. I remember how struck I was that it was still warm. These things, I think about when I hear this song now. Probably always will, I think. 💔

How I wish I had seen Tori Amos in this era! First show was Choirgirl Tour era 1998.

I was in High School at the time. Went to this show with my then girlfriend. We waited on the side where the buses are. Before and after the show. Met Tori. Crazy to see this all these years later. We might be in that small crowd standing out front during the first few seconds....
