Only thing I think you should've added is for them to Google Army healthcare recruiter near them (or send them your recruiters info) instead of the regular recruiting station. Because most people may think a nps recruiter can help, then possibly get put in as a 68w and be over qualified for that, when they could meet the requirements for which ever AOC they're trying to do. Other than that, I think it was some good info for anybody going the nurse corp route.

I know the pay is different for each person. Roughly, how much does a 1LT get paid from BOLC?

Depends on time in service and other factors such as BAH, having a spouse in etc.... however all military personal pay grades are public information so you can just search "how much do a 1LT make in the army"

Im currently a baby nurse in a residency, im seriously thinking about going to a recruiter to talk about AMEDD! do you think i can handle part time during my residency now, or should i get my experience and then go fulltime @ AMEDD?

I think you do have to go to MEPS. I was already enlisted, then while in school I did ROTC and then went active. I believe all cadets have to go to MEPS. Hopefully that answer your question love. If you you have anymore lmk.
