Sailor Moon is such an iconic and legendary series. It was the first for several things that would later become tropes in magical girl anime such as transformation scenes that depicted them changing into their magical girl form, first team of magical girls (before magical girls was just mostly by themselves and not part of teams), etc. Usagi might come off as simple and even a bit annoying at first when she's crying but she will grow on you and like many other characters in this series become well characterized. Sailor Moon is such a huge franchise that has two anime series, manga, live action series, musicals, and video games just to name a few. The 90s anime is very different from the manga so its own continuity from the manga. The newer anime, Sailor Moon Crystal, Eternal, and Cosmos adapts the manga much more faithfully. The live action series (2003-2004) also known as Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (PGSM) combines elements from both the 90s anime and manga with its own original elements making it different as well. The live action is actually pretty well received for the most part and is regarded as the best retelling of the first arc especially in terms of character writing and relationships as its more character driven.

This season is definitely a big improvement from the second one. It’s a shame that it got canceled again.. maybe they’ll try it again in another 20 years.

If Callum were at the wedding he would have gotten Sol Regem to fight him thus making him look like he and Karim are destroying a historical figure which will get all of Xadia and the Human Kingdoms to rally in Callum’s defense and purge the two villains and their followers.

one of the best musical episodes in a show i've ever seen was definitely from "dead end paranormal park" which is also on netflix! (and callum tends to be pretty skeptical/practical when it comes to non-magical matters / is routinely bad at listening to what other people tell him to do, so i think that's why it throws rayla he's willing to hedge so many bets on it)

The end of the original show is here… I personally love the reboot but it does take a while to get its groove back. Definitely worth sticking through with it though. And it sucks that it got canceled again.
