I would recommend more xd40’s on the Q35 because Brooklyn is majority Xcelsiors and it will be candidate for the Q35 & it would join all the Bklyn Depots as well, like the ones on the Q7 & Q8.

So the Q35 is a Far Rockaway Route, and these routes share buses with JFK. But notice how there’s more routes out of JFK than Far Rockaway and almost triple the amount of Novas as Xcelsiors.

@@jonathanmenig2418 Still a bunch left: 70. Meanwhile, New Flyer is almost done with the JFK/FR order, and Nova still has yet to deliver a bunch more units there, plus LaGuardia still has just 3 Novas. They are TOO slow.

If R trains from 95th Street-4th Avenue were to be rerouted in another emergency or service disruption (i.e. at DeKalb to the tracks on the Manhattan Bridge to the Sixth Avenue line and the Grand Street station), it could only run up Eighth as there is no crossover on the S/B Sixth Avenue tracks before reaching Broadway-Lafayette, unlike the N/B.

Haaa before 2010 i remember when they special J service on certain weekends between Essex St and Prospect Park when the 4 was suspended between Brooklyn Bridge and Utica/New Lots Av lol..rare times there...although i wish they jus ran one whole route from Jamaica to Prosepect Park(G.O. weekends)
