Try instilling fragrances that have lavender so your stay soft, night shower wash or gel should have a fragrance of lavender, herbal teas like your chamomile, lavender etc really does help w insomnia. I remember on a vlog you were ranting how much we not engaging etc Wena just keep doing you and your audience will locate you. For now engage w those who are engaging and keep being consistent. We love seeing your pretty face and your interests , we really do enjoy your vlogs ❤
