With the recent rush in home building, there is some low quality workmanship in our subdivision. We're two months past our first year, and are still waiting on warranty fixes. If you buy from RSHB, make sure you engage a home inspector before you sign and before your 1year is up. We'd think twice had we known the hassles of getting someone to fix our warranty issues.
