Isn't it strange how liberals can't tolerate diesel engine smoke but when it comes to getting out to Tim Horton's to get their $6.00 coffee it's necessary?

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. kzbin.infoUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

Yep and folks at Lake Tahoe who live there wonder why property tax is so high.. There are 2 diesel motors running here and expensive repairs too. But plow trucks and front end loaders can’t be used as there is no place to put the snow.. Thus the snow blowers l8e this one can still function.☺️

It’s so hard regular plow can’t move the snow anymore..The snow banks are too high.. A front end loader is now limited too.. The only way is to blow the snow with this big auger..This snow at 4 feet deep is very heavy.. Nice video showing front end loader and snow blower☺️

Hey, I thought Californians are supposed to use electricity powered equipment. Hey man, Get with the program.
@TheHonestPeanut
@TheHonestPeanut 10 ай бұрын
No they just use the right equipment for the job instead of holding onto some lame, outdated fantasy and then complaining about how much they have to pay for gas or diesel or repairs or whatever. If you commute 15 miles to an office and don't leave the city, get an EV. If you're job is to move the world, use a huge diesel powerplant.

The snowblower is big and it has its own diesel motor powering auger.. The front end loader just moves and and has the capacity to pick up the blower too.. Extreme equipment for extreme jobs..☺️

So how do you avoid finding a buried granite shelf or boulder when the snowbanks are that big and it's often not too clear where the edge of the pavement is?

more than likely hes been plowing/blowing snow here long enough to just know where his do's and don't's are. Ive been plowing our parking lot for about 12 years and even though its covered in snow your brain still has an idea of where things are

Snow stakes in some spots and a good memory of the area! It’s inevitable that some stuff gets messed up on a huge winter like we have had, especially with the banks melting out between storms. But we try to keep it to a minimum and not get greedy when cutting banks in the blower!

The heavy snow, with the additional rain, becomes a sponge, which then becomes too heavy for the roof.

Beautiful views, thanks for taking us along. There are really no bad views in the Tahoe area, winter or summer. With the lake in the background you can't go wrong. Seems you lift up the blower by articulating the tractor rather than lifting the implement itself, is that true? I have never seen a loader articulate in the axis before, but I don't know the loader you are using.
@Jfenley

Very true! I feel very lucky to work where I do! The blower works like a regular loader attachment. It hooks on the quick coupler and is all self contained with its own diesel motor. thanks for watching! More videos to come
