Nightfill needs to now start early, no longer this 7pm-4am stuff(which I experienced, it was way more better) but now it’s usually 6pm-1am. I work as a 2IC. Some Woolworths, Coles work differently. This store has 17 Grocery Aisles it seems, either their captains called in sick or would of been a public holiday(they make us start at 4pm and always get told to leave by 12am).

Wow - very interesting. For those whoo dont know, oestrogen is required to build up bone. Our bones are being replaced all the time. Cells come along and eat up bone, (these are called oseoclasts) and release minerals into the blood and body, but then the cells come along to re-build up bone behind them (these are called osteoblasts). Hoowever the lack of oestrogen, because of either menopause whether its natural or forced because of medical treatment, (and in this case to treat a hormone sensitive cancer,) prevents the oseoclasts from working properly. In addition, lack of oestrogen increases both the amount of osteoclast activity - as well as increasing the amount of bone each one absorbs. SO this is why they are giving an injection each month. I am really relieved they are covering all your treatment needs!

I'm cringing as she's brushing. I have thick, wavy waist length tresses. I always start at the bottom and work my way up. Otherwise you're tightening snarls, stretching and weakening hair and causing breakage.

WAY better. It must have been so straggly at the end? Now it looks so much thicker, I'd still like more layers around your face.

You asked for my thoughts. There is no reason to part your hair in the middle just because most peolple do. The cut looks nice on you. I wish you would choose a different color. If you put in some lighter highlights, the gray wouldn't be as obvious.

spray leave in conditioner before brushing out your wet hair. that will solve the tangle problem.

Enjoyed your video :) Love to see people working with hair :) Just a few small ideas: Get some #3 olaplex and put a couple drops on your hair before and after dying it. If you are lifting the level of colour in the hair, you can add a few drops of the olaplex to help maintain the hair's strength during the process. Also, try never to bristle brush wet hair. The bristles tend to mingle with each other and tangle the hair, which strips the cuticle and makes the hair weak. Also always use a leave in conditioner on towel dried hair and before combing the damp hair. It will lower the amount of friction associated with the hair's vs the comb's surfaces. Lovely red colour on you 🎉

I tried this cut last summer because I wanted to try something different, my hair is super long down to my butt so the amount of hair that I took off was traumatizing 😂, I took 10 inches off the front and 10 off the back, I loved the way the back came out, but I didn’t like the front. You look great though.

Ive been cutting my own hair using the ponytail method for about ten years now and im so glad you found out how to do it as well. I do it a tiny bit differently but it always comes out perfect 😍 i also have a hair razor that i use to touch up some places that might not have all flowed together snd it works wonderful as well! You did a really good job for your first time and I absolutely LOVE the hair color ❤
@faithgnes31053 ай бұрын
I do a three ponytail cut and all brushed in the front by my forehead. The whole head first then from above the ears up n the last step which is optional but i take and part my hair in the middle and come from the middle or a little more towards the front and part each side from the part to right above my eyebrow and the other side same thing n then i put it in a ponytail all the way to the front like usual and point cut it but not evenly i go from the sides to shorter in the middle and back to the other side. Of that makes sense ? Im not great explaining things so i hope you understand. It just gives co me wispy bangs and frames around my face. Hope you found this helpful. ❤❤
