@@heyiamnick4144 You can try this: Set Windows language to your native; next, backup the native folder in the game's directory (...\Indiana Jones and the Great Circle\Content\base\sound\externalsources\pc), then copy&paste the content inside the english folder (en_us) into native language folder. The subtitles should be native but, the sound should be english. If doesn't work, at least you tried

I could play in English, no problem at all, but because this is: Indiana Jones, and I grew up watching these movies in Portuguese (dub) as a kid while living in Brazil. However, even with my entire OS set to Portuguese, the game insists on launching in English. Why is Xbox so frustrating with language settings when Steam figured it out years ago?

Você tem o problema oposto ao meu hahahah. Eu quero jogar em Inglês mas o jogo insiste a ficar em Português. Tenta, no Windows mesmo, entrar em Configurações > Hora e Idioma > Idioma e Região, e mudar a ordem dos seus "Idiomas Preferidos". É possível que no seu PC esteja com Inglês na frente de Português.

You don't have to reload the whole game. After you added US-english to your system, you have to change the order of the languages and put the english on the top instead of your native language. After that you have to restart the xbox app. Then it will download the english language pack (around 200 MB) and you're fine.

@@zdoog How many language folder do you have in the games' directory "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle\Content\base\sound\externalsources\pc". If you have 2, you can a) change Windows language as I shown in the video - Windows will ask to restart your user account session to implement changes -, or b) backup native language folder and copy&paste the content from en_us folder into native without changing windows language

For anybody watching, you don't have to reinstall the game. I only had italian language folder. Do as the video shows, but delete your language folder, restart the xbox app and launch the game. The xbox app if everything is right, should be in English when you start it. If you did correctly, the game will say that "english is available for download" when you start the game. Download the language for the game, restart the game = the game should be in English, without having to download the whole game again or changing the display language of the operative system (windows).

This worked for me... kinda. I had to change my "Preferred Language" to English (no need to change the System Language) for the "English Available for Download" prompt to appear. Then the game started to work in English. BUT... I didn't want to keep English as my Preferred Language, so I deleted the original language folder and renamed the "en_us" folder to "pt_br" (I'm from Brazil). That seemed to do the trick. Menus and subtitles are in Brazilian Portuguese, but voices are in English, which is pretty fine by me. I'll play for a while and let you know if there's any problem in doing it like this.

Eu explico no video 2:40. Deves escolher a linguagem que desejas em Windows display language. O Windows vai pedir para reiniciar a sessao. Reinicia e o jogo deve estar na linguagem definida

If you don't want to re-download and re-install the game, just add the language on Windows and go to the high-seas fishing only for the language files you need and put it on the folder I shown in the video

Screw ue5 man! I love stalker but we really didnt need this... would have loved to have a playable game instead. The optimization is horrible. D: Its far to expensive to run some of these games at 60fps , especially in this economy.

Thank you for the kind words. I have the 2080Ti core clock set to +80Mhz and VRAM to +1000Mhz on MSI Afterburner and no changes in voltages or power target. The +80Mhz clocks the GPU up to ~2000Mhz Greeting from Portugal

GPU usage dropping into high 70s% is definately a symptom of a CPU heavy game, that should receive better optimization from de developers. This being said, "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 - Heart of Chornobyl" is NOT a "Star Wars: Jedi Survivor", though. And given the circumstances GSC Game World team developed an UE5 game, this fact is an achievement in itself. Thank you for delivering this game to all of us, Stalkers.
