Pewf! I’m so glad that your Barefeet are naturally Dirty and Calloused from walking Barefoot! I walk Barefoot indoors and outdoors all the time and my Barefeet are as Dirty and Calloused as yours are. Most of my friends do the same thing!

I limped for over 1 year Finally, the only thing that worked was heel dips. I did heal dips throughout the day for 2 weeks. Completely normal now.

Many people now are criticizing this basic exercise but it sure worked for me when my physical therapist recommended it. It's very safe if you've had knee injury and tracking irritation.

Had pain after a trail run unlike a sprain or plantar fasciitis. It was not sudden during the run, but noticeable the next day. (I run regularly, so not likely a chronic issue.) Looked up location, found it to be consistent with cuboid syndrome. I am also at risk d he to flat feet. Tried this, immediate relief. Will keep up with it as necessary and try to give it some rest. Thanks!

I've been battling high hamstring tendinopathy for about 8 months now. I continually get better, then regress. This is a routine my PT gave me to do, but it results in pain in the next 12-24 hours after. In my reading, there is pain to be expected with eccentric exercises. Should I continue or move to lesser strenuous exercises?

I just did this sitting in my car, and got a distinct 'click' from my foot. 5 months of pain, and $$$ spent on treatments amd this exercise seems to have relieved pain somewhat. I hope it keeps improving
