Hi bro, na government laptop Lenovo E-4115 use panitu iruken. Enoda laptop keyboard poiduchi so na sim ejector vachi side hole press panni dan start panuven. Today na turn ON panna enaku laptop screen ON aagala but laptop power ON LED ON la iruku and cooling fan ON aaga matidu ena problem and solution solunga bro

Wow!! Your solution worked for me. Thank you! I wasn't able to install any version of windows on this laptop - gave me BCD error after first reboot. After desoldering the NEC capacitor, I still had a short circuit between the pads. It resulted that a small ceramic cap was shorted too. After replacint these two components, the notebook worked straight away.🎉

If anyone running Pentium processor or celeron processor or i3 2nd or 3rd generation processor in laptop you can upgrade it. check processor socket in laptop and see it molded or removable. If removable you can upgrade. Check using cpu z software you see it shows (Socket 988B rPGA) see image I shared processor pin and socket Tdp is 35w so Plug and play and no bios update needed Used Intel i5 and i7 2nd generation laptop processor available for sale
