Hi...i am planing to buy that reel for big catfish. I know its made in China and i just whant to ask are you satisfied whit it? Some ppls say its garbage some say al the best but here i can se this is very nice fight whit this fish....and other question is can you cast whit it over 60 yards whit havy lures or bait.

iqspecnaz i have this reel for tiger lite set up.. Let me say something about ambassadeur.. One of fine ambassadeur china only 7000C.. That from review i collect from all international forum.. They still have brass main gear.. Stay away ambassadeur china Other A 7000C...Like S, BCX, SX, and Other China Ambassadeur.. They totally crap... Dont waste your buck from plastic gear reel.. But in my Tiger lite.. reel foot on reel seat feels little shaking.. And this reel relative heavy for casting reel.. Maybe get better weight in 6500..
