First of all, I would like to take the time to appreciate the fact that you're NAMIBIAN!! This is so comforting really. I have acne-prone skin and its been an issue since puberty hit. Many many years later, we're still struggling lol. I have oily skin and nothing confuses me more than having normal acne plus hormonal acne. It is itchy, it hurts and the scars are real. Last week, I got benzac and a cleansing soap containing salicylic acid. I'm currently on day 8 and I see some results. I appreciate you recommending the cetaphile sunscreen because the one I've been using is too thick and heavy. Also, cetaphil has a cleanser for oily skin so I'm not too worried about being clean lol. (a whole essay yes lol) Yeah so thank you so much for sharing. Very informative. Ja no we skip accutane and all the insanity associated with it. But thanks really. And your hair looks lovely:)

Your skin looks amazing Asham😭 I'm so glad that you managed to figure out how heal the hyperpigmentation and sharing it with us. If there's anything I can take away from this is, the sunscreen. I never buy cause I'm afraid my skin will react and it's price.
@naturalbeautyboss39973 жыл бұрын
Thank you❤❤ Yes they are pricey to be honest, but worth the investment, cetaphil is friendly to acne prone skin and there are more options of sunscreens from that brand

When using Adapalene, refrain from using other products that have active ingredients such as AHA or BHA. Avoid exfoliating your face while on Adapalene as it is already increasing the renewal/turnover of your skin, thus exfoliating can cause irritation. If using both benzoyl peroxide and Adapalene is too much for your skin to handle, use them apart on separate days. Side note: This is no longer my skincare routine.
