This is very helpful.. simple and straightforward Is there a way I can check the responsiveness of my website on different screen sizes ? I keep seeing tutorials and each one of them use a different size of the desktop on framer (1200, 1370 etc). This makes me less confident on how my website would look on sizes beyond the one I'm designing on, ie 1370 px..

I stick to 1200 to keep it consistent. To check other screen sizes, resize the preview area in preview mode, or resize your browser when published.

hey! great tutorial, what if doing the effect over white background, what's need it? thanks!
@SamAnthonyDesign2 ай бұрын
Hey, great question! This works great on a white background, too. Make sure that the underlying elements are a different colour to the white background, so they have some contrast from it. You could also make the "glass" darken rather than lighten the background with a darker colour.

Most comparison videos between Webflow and Framer just talk about the learning curve difference. Thanks for diving into more technical aspects and your experience with both, I found way more value in this. How are you going about client handoff with Framer? The workspace plan seems expensive on the client and the remix link approach doesn’t let you access paid features like cookie banner, custom code, etc.
@SamAnthonyDesign5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for the lovely comment! I use a mixture of the two methods for handoff depending on the client's budget and needs. I completely get your point about the remix link approach when it comes to needing those premium features. I wonder if we will get a solution further down the line for this? For now I give my clients full insight into both options and let them make the choice themselves.
