Very interesting recipe and I will definitely try it. The only difference is that I would cook the shrimp literally for two minutes. This is how long they need. If you cook them longer they become chewy like rubber.

How long does it go in the oven for? How many minutes and if you use chicken wings does the recipe stay the same?

I add finely choped red onions and great beetroot on big eyes of a greater. Goes nicely with many things, for example with chips, with steak, I am going to have it with biryani today that is how versatile it is (it so happend I made a beetroot salad beforw seing this video). Good stuff. To cheat a little bit (beet :)) I buy whole cooked beets from a supermarket. For a change I use different vinegars like wine vinegar or even balsamic if I am in the mood, but it changest the taste.

@flavorsofmorocco84033 ай бұрын
Great question! Traditional Moroccan tagines can vary by region and family recipes. While this particular recipe doesn’t include cumin, you can definitely add some to enhance the flavors to your taste! Enjoy cooking!

@flavorsofmorocco84033 ай бұрын
you can start with this recipe, you will find it's going to be almost the same. its almost the same recipe but you have people who use white flour, whole wheat, semolina, or a mix.
