Yo i am new player.. how to make gate that can be locked like in aoe2???

I am playing Otto and while it’s a good civ unfortunately you can’t win against Aztec or Usa playing them :( on the other hand some civs like Dutch, British or France are quite easy to beat. Anyways, good to know Aztecs are possible to beat even with an another civ.

So how do you cycle between TCs? My "Go To Town Centre" hotkey is set on "H" but it doesn't cycles between tcs if i have multiple of them.

I play Aoe 3 without any expension but the option ''select all unit of a type'' isn't in it, is that correct?

I haven't played aoe 3 in years, and I was wondering why players were accumulating huge amounts of soldiers and destroying my army, even though I was clearly dominating the match........I was thinking that maybe I was just rusty, but then I got suspicious, and finally a friend online spilled the beans: hackers. She actually hacked against me in the match after (I easily defeated her with no hacks, and I was winning the rematch until she came at me with an unbelievably huge army). It was so disappointing because all I wanted to do was relive aoe 3 online, but it's been taken over by hackers 😐

True, but even then for european civs i try to age V asap to get the capital, that when you actually have eco At age 4 my eco would not pass 5k each resource as im constantly pushing or defending or...

100% stoppable. Just go for pikes and attack the tp line.

Some maps only give you 100 wood, so you cant build fast early tp

Thanks a lot. I loved playing this strategy but I found it too squishy for early rushes, so I modified it in a way to make sure I have some soldiers by minutes 8-9 by staying at Age III and a giant army of grenadiers by the minute 10 with a steady eco, nice amount of shipments thanks to one or two Trading Posts if treasures are lucky. Getting grenade launcher card from home city for simply better grenadiers and being able to train it from artillery foundry. Really depends on sending some Swiss Pikeman from the home city to fend off cavalry and maybe some Halberdiers if they are overwhelming. Top it off with some falconets from the home city and you are golden by min 10-11, any attack you make will crush the enemy infantry/static defenses/town in seconds. So compared to the Fast Industrial, by minute 11 you lack heavy cannons and guard upgrade but you have a grenadier with much more range and attack speed, essentially same/identical amount of grenadiers, some really good pikeman for fending off cav, a second Town Center and a lot more stable eco plus ability to defend around a couple minutes earlier. Even at my best attempts, my highest winning strat of 10 minutes in and around Age II 70 Janissaries, this will definitely crush that. Both of these work really well on team games especially, however completely hopeless against anything coming around min 5-7.

Nice One :-) . Keep it up, totally. I think that first fight, around min 20, you could may have almost ended it, keep with your units and may use the cannons better, i think. Second fight, he attacked you, you did brilliant. Cuirassier was good one, I was even thinking when you did the petards there some cuirassier in addition would have done a lot too. His Base wasnt that well protected. Good match
