what happened to the helmet cam mount like the previous videos? Quality was a lot better then :(

I agree, the quality was way better. They made it a rule that we can’t race with cameras attached to our helmet. The fear is that incase of a flip over the camera mount could go through the helmet and cause serious injury. I am going to be getting a new mount and record from a new location on the kart.

Is the speedometer desynced because it reads that you're slowing down when your accelerating.

Yes it is. Another driver posted a video and it did the same. Not sure what that’s all about.

Great video, love watching the races every month. Wish the helmet cam could be used more, but I understand that’s out of your control. I’m hoping to make it out to Go-Pro sometime in the future.
