They put in a lot of work into commercials in those times. Heart and soul in them. Hard to find good quality commercials in the States these days. Thank you for finding these.

I remember when this ad was made, there was a strike because the film makers wanted us to drink 5oz glasses and were held out for bigger glasses.

Oh my god. I have always remembered this commercial and especially that hungry jacks girl. That smile and sparkling eyes and beautiful face! As a teenager i had the biggest crush on her! Still do!

The “young people” in that advertisement would now be aged from 75-80 years old..their bodies may have aged but in their minds they are still 21..

I remember my mum would only buy Mc Donald’s chicken when I was a kid. It came in a red box with a big yellow M I remember as a kid the flying saucer 🛸 meals in that styrofoam 😊

Holden Astra is a Nissan Cherry, The Holden Piazza were sold as the Isuzu Piazza I thought at the time Holden was a part of GM the Astra shuld have the same as the Vauxhall Astra and not a Nissan Cherry

I remember a Full Frontal sketch where those two men talked exactly like that and then the waitress said "I know exactly what you want. You want a speech therapist." They weren't wrong.
