That seems to suggest that setting every Tuesday for prayer practice, every 15 - 17 December as a time to convene for a special teaching of special topics of scriptures, etc are religious observations and therefore not acceptable, right. This needs more clarification, that setting apart a particular day to pray is religious observations.
