I am definitely not surprised about the pancreatic disease because one thing this drug does overwork the crap out of your pancreas causing it to make a lot more insulin and in the long run that will increase insulin resistance Which opens up a whole Nother Pandora’s box of bad things happeningOver the next decade the longer this drug in these type of drugs route we’re gonna start seeing a whole Lotta bad issues 😢

I used to go to a gym that had Life Fitness machines and I found them to be very comfortable and built just right. My new gym has TechnoGym equipment and I gotta say I never knew working out could be so frustrating and uncomfortable. Terrible design, some machines are not even symmetrical so over long periods of time you can potentially have unequal growth.

So you have to pay more money wot work after hours on top of the monthly payments you are already paying to work out there ...no thank you ill pass

I especially like the fitness equipment made in the late 80's to 90's from Icarian, Body Masters, Cybex, and Flex. Those first- generation equipment took decades of abuse at the Gold's, World's and Power House gyms, from power lifters/bodybuilders. Unfortunately, a lot of those weightlifting companies were bought up by the cardio companies. Life Fitness/Hammer Strength, Precor/Icarian, Star Trac/Flex, and Stair Master/Nautilus. Currently, the new equipment is a lot less heavy-duty (cheaper) than the previous equipment. New weightlifting equipment is bent to save on welding, and bolted on to save on shipping. Body Masters was a very good company, but they have ceased operations. Every company has their strengths/weakness in all the different free weights/machine weights. Cybex is highly regarded for their hack squat, squat press, and plate loaded leg press. The Nautilus plate loaded chain driven pullover machine is a holy grail piece. Hi Mr. Rob of Big Tex Gym: Have you ever heard of a small fitness equipment manufacturing company called Excalibur Fitness? Owner Larry Sullivan of Excalibur Fitness is the only company in the United States, or the World, that uses high polish 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel does not peel, chip, or rust. Stainless steel does scratch, but can be repolished to a mirror finish using a rouge/polish. Larry Sullivan was the foreman of Icarian, often worked overtime designing, and fabricating new equipment during the late eighties. He was so high respected by Briles/Johnson, who were the founders of Icarian, and eventually given a small percentage of the company. Larry Sullivan custom made us, a two-two tier 3/8 high polish 304 stainless steel dumbbell rack. The dumbbell rack is fully welded, and the first/second tier are separate. We paid seven thousand in 2005 for the two dumbbell racks. Larry Sullivan delivered more equipment for us in 2011. He replied, if he had to make the same racks, it would cost eleven thousand. It is now 2024, and stainless-steel prices have risen immensely. Larry Sullivan also custom fabricates stainless steel balconies, and gates, which highlights his artistic side. Rogue is definitely A or higher. And where is Prime at? Prime and Atlantis are by far the best manufacturers of equipment. Panatta is overhyped and wayyyyy over priced. Have fun spending 10 grand at minimum per piece

RIP to Icarian. My gym just got rid of all their Icarian/nautilus stuff and replaced it with matrix, and im honestly switching gyms now. Matrix equipment feels so bad, but hey the 40 yr old women that sit on their phones and do 8 total sets of only machines are happy I guess.

I had a guy come in to the ft worth metroflex and said he was previously from BigTex down in Austin. Plan to check it out next time I’m down that way. Also list is solid, I haven’t been able to find much Atlantas stuff but I use all the old nautilus stuff up here.
