Bon from the french good and terra from the latin for earth. It reminds me of the Grocery/pork joint in Tanzania called the Amigo Bondeni Grocery, or friend swamp grocery

From Bonterra “Organic” is the most highly regulated food label in the U.S. Organic farming standards require our farms to be free of prohibited fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. We are also required to improve natural resources such as soil and water, animal and worker welfare, safe product handling, and more. We verify our organic claims through a third-party certification, California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).

Price fixing by food providers to eliminate the illusion of choice and retain market share for the largest players. Create a government sourced food program that makes lower profit margin than that of the bloated current market player to inject realistic competition into the market and you'll see food drop back down to a reasonable price within months. This will never happen however cause certain law makers will do everything in their power to stop this action, mostly because they are in the pockets of said players, but they will make false claims like "this is a move towards a communist state" or that "this would infringe upon the free market" Neither of which are viable arguments for economic stability especially for something as vital as food.

I enjoyed your podcast and completely enjoyed the Roth Cab last night with the meatloaf, as suggested by Charley Barley. I had a great time with friends, catching up and enjoying our drinks and entrees. I love the restaurant and can't wait to get back there very soon!

What were the pricepoints? How did the wine taste like (other than "good"). Why did the quy on the right put ice cubes in the first place, to cool it down? If you have money for expensive wine and gadgets, buy a wine cabinet that keeps them in drinking temp! In cooking shows they chop veggies before shooting to make better show, if your wine would be 60F in the beginning this video could be 50% shorter. Don't quit your day jobs :)
