the non turbo 2j bottom end has the same rods and slightly different pistons then the GTE, that bottom end should hold 600+hp no issue. the 1j head will limit power if stock before you have issues with bending a rod or something stupid if you have a good tune.

I should've specified in the video, this is a 2jz-ge VVTI bottom end. The vvti rods are significantly less beefy than the non vvti or GTE rods :(

When you drill the initial holes for the pin itself to come through the hood, I then set the hood pin on top of the hood, pinned up and closed. Then it just rotates. So if you watch at 12:27, I then start measuring near the headlight cover part of the hood, over to the bottom, and from the hood to the top of the hood pin (if that makes sense) and tried to get them even (straight as possible).

From the edge of the hood, to the middle of the hood pin both top and bottom and match other side.

Yep! It's a Street Faction front bash bar! I think the upper support helps with fitment a lot! I have a cheaper kit and it fits pretty good. If I had a nice kit I'm sure it would be excellent fitment. I love Street Factions products.

cool vid and nice to see the dasai mochi and import Bible melody box in a car besides their branded videos. Looking at getting a mochi and I noticed dasai has their own little melody box (side passenger companion). Do you still use these two products in your car? Honestly the mochi placement looks decent but you could use a 3m sticky dot instead of the double sided tape to hide the mounting a bit more. Also could sharpie the first couple inches of the power wire so it blends into the black vents and dash if you wanted to.

I am putting my sr20det in my 91" NA Miata. I has a s chassis person. I have an 04" NB Miata as well. I sold my last S chassis roller. It's going to be live. I am trying to find some ideas what to put my Mochi board into. I don't have it yet but its been ordered. Depending how big it is, I may use a Tictac container.
