New Harpie main here. Before now, I rarely saw it. Now that I'm playing it, I feel like in a weird way, it's highly competitive while still not being meta. In my experience, a few timely imperms to Channeler shuts down the entire engine. However, in this deck profile, I see a lot of draw power with Goblin and 3 copies of Harpie's Rest. Perhaps I should use a few extra copies myself... One funny thing I've noticed is that no matter how many times I chain Feather Storm, players STILL continue trying to use monster effects further depleting themselves of resources. It's such an S-tier card.

I'm not gonna lie Crono, warms my heart to know you make these budget decks for your students. That's the magic that the game has lost in recent years. It's interesting that you made this deck. I just invested in an Umi control deck and I love it. Maybe there is a way to add Umi cards into the deck with a Marincess Engine? Umi Burn sounds awesome lol. I also would love to see a Fire Princess deck. I've always loved that deck since I've seen Rebecca Hawkins use it in the anime against Vivian Wong.

I'm guessing they made them run again so they had the opportunity to run them correctly. I'm guessing there was some passing or untouched bases in the initial play, and if there wasn't any confusion, they would probably have run the bases correctly. Nullifying the act.

having a channel that's based half in yugioh and half in religious stuff is an interesting choice. if you wanna grow your channel/spread your message, it may be better to kinda split the two up. usually channels that have pretty distinct focuses seem to do best.

I love Amazoness. I would personally cut a Silver, Gold and archer at the very least and would also cut the Village, Hot Springs and Hall to 1 since they are easy to search out and recover from the GY. I would also add 3 Poly (or 2 poly 1 Fusion Sub so you can go into Augusta easier) I would also add a Isolde equip package (Phoenix Blade, Re-fusion, living fossil and moon mirror shield) with a Renaud (drop 1 equip, get Renaud, get back that equip) and Apollousa. There's nothing funnier than going into an Apollousa with a Mirror Shield using all her negates then getting them all back from an attack. Still extremely cheap to make

It definitely is a good card and also using Spiritualist to bounce it and reuse is great, especially with the field, you pop the monster it summoned and ss spiritualist and another amazoness from the deck with Village.

Skill drain is the best side deck option no doubt. Got me a win so many times. I had my opponent try the war rock version of skill drain and I slapped my own down 😂
