I purchased a Russian made knife much like this with plastic scales. It too was advertised as a medical knife but many stated that it was a grafting knife.

Restoration is a transformative journey, where the hands of time are gently guided backward, revealing the hidden stories etched within the fabric of an object. It is a philosophical act of reverence, an ode to craftsmanship and heritage, where the past converges with the present in a delicate dance of preservation and renewal. In the realm of restoration, every scratch, every blemish, carries a whispered narrative of its own, a testament to the passage of time and the lives it has touched. Through meticulous care and skillful craftsmanship, these marks are not erased, but rather honored, as they become the intricate brushstrokes in the portrait of history. To restore is to breathe new life into the worn and weathered, to honor the legacy of those who came before us by preserving the tangible remnants of their existence. It is a process that transcends mere repair, for it seeks not only to mend what is broken, but also to revive the spirit of the object itself. In the hands of a restorer, a rusted blade becomes a gleaming symbol of resilience, a weathered handle transforms into a testament of endurance, and a worn edge is sharpened into a beacon of purpose. Each restoration is a celebration of craftsmanship, a homage to the artistry of the past, and a testament to the enduring spirit of human ingenuity. Thus, in the act of restoration, we are not simply repairing objects; we are engaging in a profound dialogue with history, a timeless conversation that transcends generations. It is a reminder that even in an ever-changing world, there is beauty to be found in the preservation of the past, and wisdom to be gained from the hands that have shaped it.

Hi. I bought it few days ago it was left outside with no sparkplug very long time.Engine was locked up and fuel was horrable.I managed to start it,also cleaned fuel lines and thank. But it seems to have issue with carburetor because it was reving rly high with no reason and not reciving gas.Alternative is to find carburetor from tomos t-15. Yours seems to not have any carburetor issues, they are very hard to find nowdays
