Das Beispiel mit der Relativdruckmessung ist nicht ganz richtig. Wer baut denn Eine Druckmessung in einen Tank ein :) Wäre die Messung nur mit der Messzelle im Vakuum würde sie einen negativen Wert anzeigen.

Condensation or buildups at the antenna lens will have an influence to the signal strength. When we design the antenna system we consider the condensation and optimise the performance of the system in the way, the influence is as low as possible. This means the practical influence of condensation is as low as possible.

Yes, the integrated linearisation curves make it possible. This applies to Venturi flumes as well as individual curves. The linearisation curves are stored directly in the sensor or in the controller and can be easily assigned to a flume with the help of the adjustment tools. This makes it possible to directly display the current flow rate. A totaliser integrated in the controller can also be activated to store the total flow volume.

I have a question and I could not find a answer through forums and the FAQ website, we unfortunately had lost our previous TLI calibrating laptop and acquired a new one. We tried putting the software disc into the new laptop to restore the software to recalibrate our TLIs but the software will not allow us to, is there anyway to work around this? Or is there a way to fix this issue?

Eixo focal bem tranquilo de alinhar, normalmente não é emitido no centro do silo como mostrado no video, mas sim na mediana entre o limite do canal e saida do material(zona estacionária)

Hello, thanks for your comment. In principle, it makes sense to align in the “stationary zone” in order to achieve the highest possible accuracy. But then it may not be possible to measure up to the silo discharge. That's why aligning it with the center of the container is the better solution in many cases.

Hi Does it take into account or give temperature of Fuel in Tank as this can adjust level. i.e. You may not have taken Fuel from tank BUT level will still adjust according to Temperature & on a Large aboveground Tank say 120ft. dia. x 40ft high. As when manually dipped it is also checked for Temperature. ?????????

Hi VEGA team.. I think such videos must also be made with VEGAPULS C21 and VEGAPULS C23 to show that these 80 GHz sensors with high dynamic range can work in applications with build up, condensation and foam. The problem is that some of our competitors are providing misleading information to customers that 80 GHz radars will not work in applications with foam or dense mist either because the microwaves are absorbed by the foam or because the sensors detect the build up instead of actual level.

I like how you just walk past the part where you blast a fan of gamma in the direction of the sensor and it just so happens to break physics and not go past the detector, let alone the additional radiation scattering from materials excited by the gamma blast. How this is legal I have no idea.

Sehr interessantes Video. Die keramische Membrane ist also definitiv robuster. Könnte man den Nullpunkt der metallischen Membran nach der Deformation nicht wieder neu setzen? 🤔 Bzw. es ist auch schade, dass die metallische Membran beim Schraubenziehertest zerstört wurde und Öl, welches wohl als Druckmittler eingesetzt wird austritt. Somit ist eine verlässliche Messung sicher nicht mehr möglich. 😉

Hallo und danke für deine Frage. Der Nullpunkt lässt sich nur bei kleineren Kratzern noch nachstellen und der Fehler verhält sich in der Regel nicht mehr linear. Und die Annahme ist richtig: bei starken Beschädigungen kann Öl austreten, weshalb spätestens dann keine Messung mehr möglich ist.
