There is no more "Hotel Cecil" . it was sold in 2021 The new owners remodeled and it's now monthly rent apartments .for poor people. $950. to $1250. a month S.S.D.I parolees(half way house) and section 8 voucher holders, , or homeless on welfare. It has a new name "Stay on Main Apartments"

I lived on the third floor for years. Room 338. Every floor was weird. The fourth floor was eventually one of the floors that was remodeled and turned into the Stay Hotel

Fire department are there for fires, and medical. Why would they park their truck right where the guy is throwing stuff onto the street. Police would be doing the hands on stuff, arresting, or putting the guy on a hold.

I saw another KZbinrs video first, his name is Davy. He climbed to the roof via the fire escape latter and went on top of that roof area right behind the tanks. The moment I saw that, I knew, whatever led Elisa into those tanks, it was done from that roof, which you access from the red painted stairs.
