This is just the greatest Aussie music try a great Kiwi Stan Walker’s official video for the Ava Dubany film Origin co written but Stan and the video was put together by Stan and one of his cousins all the scenes except those that featured the lady who was the lead in the story of Origin.

Anything you choose to react to by John will blow you away! In my opinion, he is best live; his interaction with the audience and his band shows his love of singing. I saw him in 2019 live, when he was 70 years old, and he could still belt out the notes. THE VOICE and a great human being.

Your voice is too loud and the actual video is too soft. Should be the other way around.

I grew up in a very poor working class family in Ohio, the heart of the Midwest US Rust Bet, where everyone worked in the automotive related factories. And yeah, I did a tour in Viet Nam, but I hated LBJ and was never mad at Uncle Sam. I love this song and the message it sends. As I head into my 79th year, I look and the scars and wrinkles in my hands and I remember with pride my life as a blue collar working class man.

I was at this concert. Standing right at the front of the stage underneath where Mossy was standing singing. I always stood in this same spot whenever I went to see them.

His high register is his original singing voice, amazingly. He has always been comfortable in that lower register but i think as he has got older he has learnt to refine it to allow him to belt out notes without him resorting to that higher register. It really doesn't matter how he presents it, you can hear his experience in the way he delivers the lyrics. If you listen to some Cold Chisel, you will discover that Jimmy has no problem singing pop, or any genre really

Georgia On My Mind” became the Georgia state song on April 24, 1979 when Gov. George Busbee signed it into law. The song was written by Hoagy Carmichael and Stuart Gorrell in 1930 and became a major hit with Ray Charles in 1960.

This isn't about this video in particular but I don't know how else to get this question to you other than to comment on a video. It's obvious from your reactions that you're a professional musician. Have you posted any of your own work? Maybe you could post a link or two. If I'm wondering about it, others probably are as well.
