From what i'm seeing, keep in mind that Terrarians are 2x3 in a grid. Sandbox or adventure players are usually bigger than their own game grid, making blocky "mountain" regions much more bearable and the player more distinct. (Maybe as an upgrade or evolution?) Spore vibes

True white noise (not the nature sounds) is also something that some people listen to for sleep and is the same white noise used for your generation, only mapped to a 1D space (audio amplitude over time) instead of the 2D space used in your world gen. It's a bit too harsh for most people though, so that's why you have a lot of nature sounds being listed as white noise for sleep.

You should make armor that your bacteria can wear that like covers a portion of its outside. This could be really interesting with the rolling mechanic as you have to line up your armor to block attacks

I like this idea a lot, on the surface absurd, but has a lot of potential under the surface. Keep going and I'm sure it'll turn out great! As for the block breaking, what if you made the bacteria have to attatch (stick like a tick) itself to the block of skin and slowly damage it until it breaks?
