I think the Shield was one of the first things I watched on a Streaming Service and it realy revived my love for TV Shows.

I love The Shield, I have been watching it again and again multiple times. I wish I could find another show that is as good as The Shield!

My grandparents went to school with Michael Chiklis dad in Lowell Mass. Always cracked me up that Charlie Chiklis ran a hair salon for decades. I had the opportunity to meet Michael, really nice guy & down to Earth.

I love how Kenny jokes about MC getting upset because Forrest Whittaker split his lip. Calls Mike out like, "Dude, if he actually hit you, you wouldn't be storming off set, they'd be carrying you off on a stretcher". You can even see him & Mike horsing around in the beginning. Kenny is still an absolute beast, as well as just the sweetest human.

I loved how Bilbo would just wind them all up and then sit back smirking.

It's always odd seeing the casts of these big shows hanging out and acting like normal people after all the crazy shit we see them do on screen. It's also weird seeing Benito Martinez be so open and friendly, considering Aceveda is such a cold, serious character (just shows how great he is at what he does.) I say Pounder and Johnson are the most like their characters. Chiklis also seems like an awesome guy. This was great, especially the end.

I recently rewatched the whole series on Hulu. Wow, great watch the second go-around as the first. Chiklas and Goggins was awesome but the whole cast, even Michael Jace all made this show so binge worthy. I loved and hated Vic so much.

Wished they had a follow-up to Mackey's fate vs just allowing him to waste away at the FBI (or become Jax Teller's killer if you folks believe Milo = Mackey). They can bring back most of the cast just to have Mackey at least get a proper ending for his years of anti-heroics.

Only cop show I've ever watched religiously. Loved it. But I don't think I'd watch it now. I couldn't spoil the great memories. I remember it as perfect.

I think this is the first tv show ever that you are rooting for an anti hero in Vic Mackey and for me when you get that involved in a tv show you start to hate Claudette who was trying to do the right thing and take down Vic. The season finales and Lems death I think were the most hard to watch shows because you missed your fix of The Shield for a year or longer. Great show, great writing and great acting.

David Marciano isn't getting much mention in these comments but I thought he was great as Billings and brought some much appreciated levity to the last few seasons. Watching him and the rest of the cast of Due South on TNT was the highlight of my day when I was house bound after breaking my pelvis in a car accident in late 90s. I love that Marciano played Billings in a couple of episodes of Shawn Ryan's latest show, S.W.A.T. Poor Billings still hasn't found a way to con himself into an early retirement :)

Thank you so much for this, this reunion is so good. You see the bound they still all have. And Shawn's daughter story is so beautiful... Still the best show ending for me, better than Breaking Bad. I won't ever understand why Chiklis didn't have a career like Goggins (who is amazing too).

The thing i love about Claudette's moment at the elevator is that Dutch snaps her out of it not by being her subordinate, or trying to reason with her or save his job. He just speaks to her as her friend. However everything else works out is tomorrow's problem but right now i need to make sure my friend is okay.

Man I loved this show. Immensely. Broke my heart when Shane dropped that grenade in on Lem. That was the absolute hardest scene to watch and digest. Poor Lem was so trusting, scared and hurt in that scene and then Shane just plopped it in there.
