I am not a play/musical kind of caveman. My wife dragged me to see it & I had a great time. Great slapstick, music & players who I was able to follow. Highly recommend.

She’s a superb talent. She’s now touring in &Juliet. Can’t wait to see her. If Ragtime is revived again on Broadway, I hope she’s considered for the role of Mother.

What an incredible production. Every role perfectly cast and performed. I remember seeing the Nathan Lane production on Broadway. This production blew that one out of the water. Bravo!

Saw this tonight. An excellent revival of this show that tops Signature’s 2003 production. Staging, casting, and, especially, performances all top-shelf. Highly recommended.

being deaf/hoh since 13 when all i ever wanted was to serve, seeing this show live meant the world to me. if i could see it again and again i would. i have rarely felt so much of myself in a character and never this aspect. i would give my good ear to watch it once more

This production was SO GREAT! I've seen the show before, but this production was just an absolute standout rendition of this very simple and touching material. What was so superlative about it was that the show understood exactly what it was. It did not try to distract from the storytelling with any unnecessary stage business or extra "bells and whistles." The storytelling element of the show was so outstanding that I can still remember it today. The actor who played Francesca role, Erin Davie, gave one of the best performances I've ever seen in a musical. In fact, the entire cast was superlative and they melded together just beautifully as an ensemble. Often, shows are filled with standout performances but the show does not reach the status of a true ensemble piece. In rare cases, everything just works together so well that the sum is much bigger than the parts and the ensemble truly creates something of beauty. That definitely happened with this production.
