I haven't seen these guys since ... 1997? A Year's Eve gig down at the WISE maybe? That's where I picked up the CD. Great music. Saw Doug soloing at ... that place that was before the Charlatan ... Bukowski's? I didn't know this band was still active. Turns out they played at Falconetti this year. I'm gonna have to try to catch them sometime.

Turn your head 1/4 counterclockwise for maximum enjoyment. Actually, that's good advice at any time.

We join "12 Gifts Of Christmas" in deconstructive progress, at 6. Given the redundancy factor of this song, it's a good thing. Pete Campbell and Lester Interest are up there too, while Dave Dedrick wrestles with the cards and himself.

Lester Interest intones "The Red-And-Green Plague" with Pete Campbell on sleigh bells, Dave Dedrick on bell (actually a martini shaker lid with knife), and David M..
