12 years ago Vanessa, I came across with one of your Montuno videos in KZbin and today I was thinking whatever happened to Vanessa, and to my surprise you are playing with the best musicians who played all these years with amazing Donato! Great....that elbow advice is good because it helps in the catchup the stick when coming back and help in playing faster I actually turn on the 1st strike because i do the carreteio 2x1

Thanks so much! Ah yes a classic problem. I basically just recorded this with a portable zoom recorder, I'd have had to mic the lower speaker of the leslie for the bass to come out better ... though I do find I can hear it a bit better listening to this video with large headphones, see if that helps ...
