Steve Hunter rocks and is underrated. Thanks for the video, quality is bad and worse is the Dutch singing way out of key 😁 sweet Jane ; the woman singing is pathetic in this song, not that she's bad, it's ridiculousness, Lou or another guy like Lou maybe could sing a verse, someone like Dylan or myself.

I think that steve Hunter is one the best guitarists ever, but how difficult to find his songs (or songs in which he plays). Of course i bought Swept Away in the 70s, and The Deacon in the 90s. What else?

To me, it seems that Steven Hunter is wearing a genuine US Navy wool watch cap. I don't think they make like the one he has on anymore. Try searching Amazon for this item ( Military GI Gore-Tex Watch Caps Black ) if you want something that is close to the real thing, or if you want something that costs less, just try and Army/Navy store.

earth to waldo2384. lou hasn't had steve hunter in his band in almost 36 years. lou is constantly revolving. he is no longer the rock and roll animal you long for him to be. hunter and wagner played with lou many many years ago. lou reed has and always will have an awesome band.

i saw steve, together with dick wagner and the incredible john prakash on bass live with alice cooper in 1973 in Belgium (Antwerp).They played a 10 minutes intro to "welcome to my nightmare".Incredible performancen....,and yes,i am that old!!

Great guitar playing -thanks for posting. Considering none of us would have heard this unless we were actually at the show-I think the sound is just fine!!!
