Researching who services Jimmy, I can't find anything on the internet, so I go to the Xioami store, where I get information that it's not their brand, it is another company. Somehow I manage to get information on who sells Jimmy on the HR market. Since it is still under warranty, I contacted them, but I was rejected because the vacuum cleaner was "not maintained". Device has been cleaned after each use (all available parts), but cannot be expected to be spotlessly clean after 1.5 years of use. It has been cleaned even more than it says in the manual, for example the wheels on the underside of the head get stuck due to hair after vacuuming (not to mention manual). We have to clean the flexible metal tube because the hair accumulates and gets stuck in the knee. These cleanings are quite impractical. Jimmy staement: "Cleans Hair without Winding Around Brushroll - JIMMY has developed a combing structure on floorhead, which can prevent pet or human hair winding around brushroll during cleaning. Great for home with pets." The hair winding around roll, in fact it winding everywhere 1. around the Brushroll 2. around the wheel pins on the bottom side (the manual does not say that they should be cleaned or how), removing and cleaning the wheels is quite impractical 3. in the tube joint - cleaning is also impractical In the service center, they disassembled the head where dust and hair was visible inside the head - how is possible if the device purpose is vacuuming dust, hair, dog/cat hair (Jimmy's statement) and general dirt from the floor. I am not satisfied with the quality (head) and support, so I decided to buy another vacuum cleaner, of course another brand.
