I built this jig and used it successfully for a big crown job that included some outside miters whose precise angles varied a bit from 45. So that I could see exactly where the angle cursor was pointing on the degree markings on the saw's detent plate, I found it useful to drill holes (~1 1/4") at the ends of the 45 deg. kerf cuts in the jig board as sighting windows.

@@87tunj at the 11:05 mark in the video you will see me rotate the ring back and forth. This should fix it. Then set it to the grind you want.

I use the auto shop on base because I'm retired Navy. There are plenty of videos that show you how to do it. Search "compress strut". These tools can be borrowed from AutoZone or a store like it. Be very careful because it's very dangerous if you don't do it right.

Good video visually for the model year you are working on. The 2014-2015 Kia Sorento LX FWD has the exact same design for the rear shock mounts. This is the only video I've seen that shows the four point bracket that shields the upper shock mount. You don't have to remove the entire wheel well sound proofing panel though. It has a vertical slip in the fabric that provides access to the top 17 mm bolt. There are two plastic philips screw clips that you can remove on either side of the vertical slit that when removed you can pull the fabric apart slightly to remove that bolt. Also the anchor bolt that attaches the top of the shock is a 24 mm deep socket. I use a battery pack impact wrench to do any fastening and unfastening of bolts and nuts or if need be s breaker bar. Those tools really speed up the process. And as a really important precaution always use jack stands when working in proximity of the underside of a vehicle and never count on a trolley jack because if it rolls there's no stopping it from shifting the vehicle which always has very bad outcomes.

Thanks for the video. I have a Jura Impressa J6 with a grinder like the one in your video. It wasn't working...no beans going into the grinder, so I replaced the grinder burrs. This didn't resolve the problem. Similar to someone else who left a comment here, I'm getting a "Fill Beans" error message even when there are plenty of beans in the hopper. I cleaned the sensors so they shouldn't be blocked (looks like there are two sensors that shoot a beam across the hopper to check for beans). I didn't need to replace the burrs after all, it's something else. I've taken the grinder apart a few times now to see what I missed and can't find anything wrong, but it's not feeding beans through and I'm getting the "Fill Beans" message on the screen. Sounds like this might be a semi-common issue. Any ideas?

Hello great video. What do you do when you took it apart, and discover there are no markings?
@therangeproteeguy7842 Жыл бұрын
Assemble the grinder completely. The top of the grinder can be clicked clockwise or counterclockwise. Once installed, take the grinder to the center of the clockwise counterclockwise stops. (Example: if there are 16 clicks, take it to eight). Then install the course/ fine knob so that it is centered between the course and fine setting. This should line up all the gears, then turn your course knob back and forth and you can see that it just adjusts the collar back and forth too. Place it back to center and continue to reassemble coffee maker.

is it possible to replace only the motor? looking at an ENA9 micro where the grinder doesn't run and "fill beans" message appears. Hoping the chute is clogged, but if not then hoping i can rebuild with new motor instead of spending $400 on new grinder assembly

You will probably want to cut your side rails back a little more to allow for angles larger than 45 deg. which are quite common, especially on outside corners. I have seen outside corners measure 94 deg. requiring a 47 deg. miter cut.
