It comes and goes. I work against it. So when the feeling comes, i do something that i typically enjoy doing. In this video, I cleaned. Or i may play a game, play the sims on my computer, go for a walk, spend more time with my kids or loved ones. It can last for awhile but it doesnt last forever. The goal is to not sit in it but actually work against it❤️ i hope this helps. And I dont know if you believe in God but if you do, ask the Holy Spirit what is going on. It could something you were expecting to happen, that didnt or something of the sort. It varies. ❤️

I loveee their fan brush for some light highlight and their small glow brush is great for setting under eyes lightly & for highlight like you used it for too ❤.
