How about using effective communication and active listening? At Triptych Dialogue we have addressed those issues with 3 simple non-confrontational questions for you to use. To use them you have to ask and then listen. No need to respond unless asked to. You are giving space to people to express themselves in a civil manner. The questions are: 1. How would you describe the political system of the United States of America? 2. Describe your feelings and reactions to the current state of US politics. 3. Finish the sentence: Politics in the United States.... If you wish to listen to hundreds of other people who have answered those questions in interviews then Triptych Dialogue is where you can hear them. We also use contemporary art to reach out to people. How about trying out those questions today?

This guy says we should not have a one size fits all policy on land use while arguing for single family zoning to dominate the state. Simply legalizing other forms of housing is the opposite of a one size fits all approach

My local city council does not know better than me what i should do with my own land. The state government is simply returning home rule to home owners. I commend them for it!

There were two XKE's in my home town of about 2000 people along the Ohio River in SE Ohio. Both were owned by girls. One was gold in color and I think it was either a '65 or a '66 model. The other was a black '69 owned by a girl named Gloria (she was prettier then the Jag). I had the usual 55 and 57 Chevys, took my future wife to the senior prom in my brother-in-law's '64 Stingray and worked on his '68 442. The closest I ever got to owning a Jag was when I restored a MGB.

You are not allowed to use a chain or a cable.The reason being it could whip lash.Working on mines in NV you can only use straps.

So many people never consider safety when they get stuck. What ai have witnessed during my life helping folks would shock most people. I see far to many people buying/using chinese made pull straps with steel hooks which are deadly if and when they do break! Always use a good quality strap and clevis or D rings to connect each vehicle. Please.
@michaelayares3862 Жыл бұрын
A chain would have been better to pull that trk out of the snow not a 5000 lb strap every snow plow should a 20 ft chain with them especially in Colorado

So you are just another lying bullshit anti constitutionalist dictator. Sensibilities are not laws. Also more misinformation, what makes it tactical and I guarantee he is NOT selling assault weapons, as there is no such thing, just another scare word. Stop using your fear tactics to influence the public. No, where and if are both constitutional questions as you are trying to limit right to work.

I am not a constituent of yours but still have a question...if city councils do not hold bad actor police accountable (e.g. by not firing them and hiring known bad actors) why should the taxpayers, who actually pay the settlements, be accountable when an individual policeman murders a citizen?

The moral of the story is not about the City Council; it's about the guy with the axe. If what you really want is a hand, and you're dealing with people who are willing to compromise, then you start off by asking for the arm.
