We have a 2-year DTISL (Diploma in Teaching Indian Sign Language) certificate, but we're facing barriers as a teacher for the deaf in an NGO and government school. Can NAD (National Association of the Deaf) provide a solution for the deaf community through their NGO?

Hello NAD , I don't agree this video. We aren't happy about interpreters. We had seen data Because, DEAF Teachers 20% and hear interpreters 80% are private jobs. If the interpreter has DISLI but the interpreter is not quality ISL in our university and uses salary. I can't understand it. We want that Deaf teachers to be job govt. Interpreters are continuing jobs privately.

All good but Please me, you done care the paper rule. Interpret and Deaf are wrong equally a salary by DISLI. Batter Deaf is more salary the DTISL then Interpret is middle salary the DISLI. Why is this ahead DISLI? Batter it is right DTISL by controller.. you should clear to looking the paper in rule. I think that Hearing and Deaf can equally them proud. It is no equally... I told before it still...
