I regret purchasing this system from V Guard-it has been a waste of money. V Guard supplied the system without the necessary safety features. A high-pressure and temperature relief valve should have been included to protect the tank and pipelines. There was a serious incident at my new house where the hot water pipe disconnected from the back of the storage tank. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Despite multiple reminders to V Guard, no solution has been provided, making the system unusable. Before buying this product, ensure it comes with protection against excessive pressure and temperature. Without a relief valve, your water heater could be at risk of exploding if the temperature or pressure exceeds the tank's safety limits.

The system is generating steam at extremely high pressure when the water is not in use, leading to pipe bursts, melted joints, and significant damage to the installation. This issue is not only a critical design flaw but also a severe safety risk. We were fortunate to notice the melting pipes before a more serious incident occurred, allowing us to shut off the pump. However, this situation cannot be allowed to persist, as it endangers both property and lives. I suggest an immediate investigation and resolution. A potential solution to mitigate the risk could be installing a pressure switch with an appropriate rating to safely vent off excess steam before it reaches dangerous levels. Additionally, reinforcing the pipes and joints to withstand higher temperatures and pressure would prevent such damage in the future. Please see the attached picture of the plumbing system for reference. I expect you to provide your own expert recommendations and solutions immediately.
