I am 80 years old. Being man of Finance and audit still haven't gain much and investments have remained with pluses and minuses. At present while sitting in USA. i apply in some IPOs by following bogus GMPs presuming real experts are going through RHP but now realizing that it is not the case, but money speaks a usual happening. i try to go through the RHP sometime but it is tiresome for older guys to fight with small fonts with weak eyes (like MediClaims policies) i am astonished how some of the recommendations of some so-called experts recommends saying "yes" and some time by copy pest words of previous comments to apply. I have always a question that how almost all companies are showing current fiscal sales so fabulous that itself raises doubt. SEBI or MOF must restrict sale figures in tune with the average of all the full fiscals shown. Companies themselves should be forced to lay in the summary a list of positives and negatives of their own or by the institutes of CA even by legitimate payments. I must express my pleasure that this is the nicest comments i have ever seen which requires eagles' eyes. One Mr. analyst SPT also gives some glaring points while talking on mainline IPOs. Thanks for enlightening. I got a cancellation form from the company today which was quite surprising as per advise of NSE or so..

Sir, very good analysis. Despite so much negativity with good GMP, how come SEBI gives nod for such SME IPOs. If SEBI or any other agency should protect the interests of small and retail investors. A fraudulent Company. This issue should just be avoided.
