Turns out taking both at the same actually decreases pain than both alone. Advil actually came out with a product called advil: Dual Action, each pill containing(250mg Tylenol & 125mg ibuprofen). Not only does it decrease pain more it also increases the length of action it works, instead of 4-6 for advil, it’s up to 8hrs with both meds combined. I took 4 of the dual action pill which = 1000mg Tylenol & 500mg ibuprofen and it def took a lot more pain than I was expecting and id say worked longer than just advil as well
