You can create an expression of interest profile on the SINP oasis website and try to get as many points as possible. If your work experience is needed and you have enough point you might probably get invited to apply for nomination. Thank you for watching

Hello! 👋 I'm applying for the Hard-To-Fill Skills Pilot program and have a question about the Work Experience section on the OASIS portal. If my previous job experiences are not related to the job I'm applying for, do I still need to include them in the Work Experience section?

@@xza9852 part of the requirements is for you to have experience in the job you’re applying to. Even if you have other work experience in other occupations, it is important you have prior experience in the job you wan to apply to. @least one year full time work experience in your intended occupation.

@@NuratBelloVlog I am meeting the requirement of six months (780 hours) of full-time (30+ hours per week) work experience in the job with my employer who has provided me the Job Approval Letter. I'm not sure if I need to include my previous work experience in Oasis portal, especially if it's not related to my current job. In your vlog, you mentioned having IT work experience that wasn't relevant to the healthcare position you were applying for, and that has left me confused about what to do with my own unrelated work history. 😀
