-Lessons learned- #1 An SRX (76-77) will spank you all the time. #2 Never roll up on a machine made of three hundred pounds of Reynolds Wrap with a 90+ Hp engine.

Ouch that hurts and such a beautiful srx. They were the fastest sleds back in that era.
@paulmazzola3986 ай бұрын
The little srx runs good for a small block 340! We ran a big block 440 back in the day drag racing the 1/8 mile. The old piston port engine has a sound of its own for sure.

This is awesome I have never been to a oval race before just drags. Good job on the views too 10k is awesome but whats with sled people with only 43 likes just hit the button it doesn't cost a thing. 44 now keep up the good work.

Smooth video & great focus! Also all the action was nice & in frame, esp. in low light. Thanks for sharing! Can you also share what video cam, lens, and settings that you were shooting with? Thx!

Thanks for the nice comment. I just got my older Sony camcorder. It records in 1080. I think it’s like 8 years old. I’ve been watching racing for years and just record what I like to see.

@@werginracing111 Wow, that's awesome! Thx! Kind of like you, I got an older Sony cam (DCR-PC330) that I just can't part with & end up pulling it out when I want the best action shots! Most Sony's had that smooth zoom & focus, and image stabilization. Although it was minidv, I used mine for years filming riding up in Quebec in 0 deg. without too many freezing/cold shutdown probs. Thumbs up & have a good one! 👍

These sleds seem to corner so much slower than the twin tracks from the late 90’s. Are they forced to race production sleds?

@claytonaspseter86196 жыл бұрын
They don't use oil or anti freeze in the lubbers. It's a biodegradable lube. Wahl's racing sells it among others.
