Bonjour, Juste pour donner mon avis sur la licence MIASHS de Lyon, pour ceux qui y vont, car j’y étais. Honnêtement si vraiment vous aimez les maths et voulez découvrir l’informatique tout en ayant de l’économie, n’y allez pas. En particulier si vous aviez les options « maths » maths expertes au lycée, vraiment vous allez vous ennuyer. En L1 il n’y a que 4 heures de maths ( cm et td de 2h chacun) par semaine, et pas d’analyse du tout de l’année ( vous me toucherez pas a une seule fonction de l’année), c’est que de l’algèbre ( matrices) et de la théorie des graphes en L1. Vraiment le niveau est nul. Ensuite, le parcours d’économie n’existe plus vous etes obligé de faire sociologie, sciences cognitives en option, ce qui vous ferme les portes de beaucoup de master. En info le niveau est convenable... mais en L1 vous ne coderez qu’en PASCAL( langage presque plus utilisé) et pas en PYTHON. En fait, certes sur le papier le côté pluridisciplinaire est intéressant mais dans les faits, vous avez un niveau basique un peu partout qui ne donne pas lieu a des masters intéressants et je sais de quoi je parle, tout simplement car il n’ya pas assez d’heures de cours. C’est a dire que les masters trop mathématiques/ informatiques sont difficilement accessibles car plus de place pour les vraies licences de maths/ info, et les masters plus orientés économie sont déjà plus accessible mais du coup vous perdez le coté info. JE PRECISE QUE pour d’autres villes ( Rennes, Caen) la licence a l’air tres bien, en tout cas j’ai pu voir le programme en MIASHS de ces villes la, et les maths notamment sont bcp plus sérieuses. Si par contre vous avez peur du niveau en maths en licence MIASHS ne vous inquietez pas, à MIASHS Lyon le niveau est éclaté n’importe quelle personne un minimum serieux arrive a suivre.

Enseignez-vous toujours la théorie de l'offre et la demande ?

C'est l'Université Paul Sabatier qui a la compétence à traiter de ce sujet, une université d'économie peut parler de mathématiques pour l'économie, mathématiques pour la finance, mathématiques pour l'assurance, la banque, l'aide à la décision... Il y a bien des sujets de mathématiques qu'une école d'économie peut traiter. Pour ce qui est de la santé, c'est beaucoup trop sensible! Si un prof est compétent et passionné en la matière, il peut changer d'établissement pour travailler avec des paires qui sont habitués au sujet. Maintenant si TSE veut sortir de sa zone de confort, il peut s'intéresser aux mathématiques pour le sport!
